The Guidelines creates a new procedure for identifying and earmarking PPP projects by segregating them in stage zero from the conventional public projects processing route. This segregation system has been adopted by Government to process PPP projects on a fast track basis. PPP projects identification option by Private sectors allows flexibility to propose new concepts and proposals from the private sector for Government considerations. Projects so identified through this procedure are routed through this dedicated pathway for the CCEA approval and thereby is listed on to the Private Infrastructure Projects List.
