After the Project appears in the Private Infrastructure Project List (PIPL) the Executing Agency provides the timeline/barchart of planned activities against the milestone in each stage to PICOM, PICOM may hold special meetings to resolve critical issues or for receiving clarifications on any related subject. On invitation, the departmental heads of the agencies concerned attends the PICOM committee meetings to discuss on relevant projects.

PICOM is acting in close cooperation with Line Ministries and Executing Agencies for carrying out its functions. PICOM also maintains liaise with the Planning Commission, Economic Relations Division, Board of Investment and private Investors. After a Project appears in the Private Infrastructure Project List, PICOM liaises with the Line Ministries, with a view that the approved Projects are initiated without delay. PICOM also encourage the BOI to promote the Projects in the List to potential local and foreign Investors.
